From catalogue items to standardized parts that fit

We perform feasibility checks on the component level during the design phase and suggest how to improve the design. We advise which type of connection to use for each vacuum application: low, mid, or high. We engineer and manufacture using exemplary welding techniques to produce ultra-clean, vacuum-compatible hoses at instrumental levels of accuracy. Finally, our stringent in-house cleaning, testing and validation in our state-of-the-art cleanrooms ensures the product performs to any standard you require.

The results? Customer-specific designs products that are highly functional, cost-effective, and last a lifetime.

From standard components to full systems integration

Whether you’re looking for a component that fits or full-scale contract manufacturing, CoreDux has the skills and capabilities to help you move forward and fulfil all your needs in-house. Generally speaking, we distinguish two working methods. Read the paragraphs below to find out what that means.

CoreDux Components

Catalog items and standardized parts that fit

Ranging from a well-developed IP Portfolio to original equipment- and design manufacturing, We strive to be your go-to manufacturer for flexible components. As an OEM, we develop highly specific products catered to your application needs. Our product development and process roadmaps enable flawless manufacturing of tailor-made or system-specific parts.

Systems Integration

From contract manufacturing to systems integration

As a built-to-print or built-to-spec manufacturer, we offer both contract manufacturing and full systems integration. This means that depending on your needs and wishes, we can provide both design and manufacturing or simply focus on the latter.

Dual Competence, Single Source

Our sweet spot lies where we use CoreDux components to provide your systems integration. It is in this vertically integrated OEM that we offer the most value. As an OEM for our CoreDux IP portfolio and a systems integrator, we have the skills, capabilities and processes needed to solve your challenges. We call this Dual Competence, Single Source.

Capabilities versus challenges

We come from challenges and are here to help you solve yours. See the table below to learn more about our skills and capabilities
