Our Environmental, Social, and Governance Ambitions

Our ambition

In line with our commitment to excellence and social responsibility, we embed our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) as the core of our business principles. These ESG ambitions form the framework through which we integrate sustainability and ethics into every aspect of our high-tech manufacturing business. 

Environment (Environmental): 

Our focus on the environment not only includes regulatory compliance, but extends to proactive measures to reduce our environmental footprint. We are committed to energy efficiency, waste minimisation and the use of renewable resources in our production process. In addition, we strive to develop products that meet the highest environmental standards. 

Social Responsibility (Social): 

We believe in creating a working environment that embraces diversity, provides equal opportunities and puts the health and safety of our employees first. Our social responsibility extends beyond the factory gates; we seek active involvement in the communities in which we operate, respecting local cultures and supporting social initiatives.  

Good Governance: 

A solid governance structure is the backbone of our success. We maintain high standards of transparency, integrity and ethical behaviour. Our governance system promotes accountability and stakeholder engagement, providing a robust framework for sustainable growth and value creation.
