In 2019, we received a request to create a new type of hose which would be the first of its kind: an ultra high purity & high pressure 350bar flexible hose for future EUV platforms. The hose needed to overcome multiple challenges in one go: high pressure, assurance, flexibility requirements and Ultra high purity (UHP) cleaning.
Our Dutch and French teams at CoreDux worked together with the customer to find the right solution: a 350bar (MAWP) high pressure hose named DN6 (quarter inch).
