This facility is the home base of our operating company and the visitor location of the group. It’s where our main offices and board are based, and it also serves as a core production hub. In that capacity, it focuses on advanced welding and cleaning technologies, with a specialization in ultra-high purity products—the kind that industries like semiconductors rely on.
That’s why we put significant effort into maintaining extreme cleanliness at this site. This means that, alongside welding, we handle cleaning and cleanliness validation to ensure every product leaving the facility meets the highest market standards.
One of our main activities here is developing high-tech hoses—essential components for the tech-driven industries we serve. We also manage large assemblies, including HLQBs (High-Level Qualified Buys), assembling complex systems with precision. Throughout this process, we focus on continuous improvement, aiming for greater efficiency and precision at each step.
With ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certifications, this facility meets top international standards for both quality and safety. At 5,500 m² and with 300 employees, it plays a major role in our global operations. The semiconductor and high-tech sectors make up a significant part of our work, and when it comes to ultra-high purity and large-size assemblies, we’re the go-to provider.

About
This 2024 expansion significantly increased our capacity for larger assemblies and large cleanroom space. Initially, the facility started at 7,500 m², with plans to expand to 14,000 m² to meet the growing demand for larger, more complex assemblies.
This growth aligned with our ongoing specialization in the assembly of purity-related products while keeping our ultra-high purity levels at the Dutch HQ.
This expansion was driven by the need for a larger footprint to accommodate the increasing size and complexity of assemblies while supporting the ramp up in our core markets. We wanted to ensure that we could meet our client’s needs while maintaining high standards of quality and precision in cleanroom environments. This strategic move not only increased production capacity but also positioned us to handle more diverse projects in the purity-related product space.

This facility near Rheims plays a central role in our company’s production of hoses, a product line integral to its history. As the main hose manufacturing site, it serves a diverse global client base across sectors such as semicon, aeronautics, space, and new energy. The site specializes in purity and high-pressure applications, ensuring that the products meet the stringent demands of these industries. It holds key certifications for the various industries, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 9001 for quality assurance.
Spanning 9,000 m² and employing over 160 FTEs, the facility also boasts a dedicated R&D and innovation centre, along with rigorous testing and cleanroom capabilities. A notable feature is its adherence to the “copy-exact” production philosophy across the CoreDux Group, meaning its processes and equipment are identical to those at our sites globally.
This ensures seamless production transitions and consistent product quality across different locations as well servicing our BCM (Business Continuity Management). By combining innovation, high standards, and global reach, this facility is a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring the delivery of high-performance hoses for critical applications worldwide.

The 2023 acquisition of this U.S. site was a strategic step to strengthen our position in the American market. This facility, specializing in precision turning and milling, focuses on key sectors like semiconductors, energy, and aeronautics. CoreDux USA brings expertise in producing high-quality precision mechanical components.
With this acquisition, we gain valuable production know-how, expanded CNC machining capacity, and enhanced technical capabilities for constructing complex mechatronic assemblies. These sectors demand high standards for precision and quality.
The facility spans 4,000 m² and employs 150 people, adding solid operational strength to our global network and bringing us closer to key markets. Future plans include increasing cleanroom and welding capacities to support high-purity, complex projects, aligning with our broader focus on purity-critical systems.
In essence, this acquisition goes beyond expanding our U.S. presence; it’s about building CoreDux’s capacity for technological and production advancements in industries where precision truly matters.
