Viper® braided hose series
Braided stainless steel hose with pipe socket and hexagon
The braided Viper® hose series is manufactured from clean strip material by CoreDux. The stainless steel strip is made into a tube by cold-rolling and high quality continuous longitudinal welding. The highly consistent result is reached by the hydroforming process. This Viper® hose series is the excellent choice for both transportation of ultra high purity gases and fluids, and for connecting vacuum spaces when flexibility is required. The Viper® hose series is compressed for extra flexibility. Even in extreme environments ranging from -273°C to 600°C. The aesthetically pleasing braided type is characterized by its smooth surface and omission of virtual leaks, making it very useful in ultra high purity and deep vacuum environments. Other common uses include serving as a protection layer against electromagnetic interference (i.e. Faraday cage), contamination of any kind.
Viper® braided hose series for High Tech Industries
At CoreDux, we are always thrilled to say yes to questions like, “can you calculate the reactive forces?”, “do you know the spring rate?”, “We need hydrogen lines, can you help?”. This is what gets our hearts pumping. Designing and engineering sophisticated metal hoses and artery systems for the future high tech industry.
In fact, in the high technology world of semiconductors, vacuum deposition and atomic layer deposition – it’s all about new product development. This is why we love to have early supplier involvement. Always looking to create revolutionary next-generation metal hoses and artery systems using new advanced technology to stay ahead of the game.
In the case of semiconductors, we work in a vacuum environment and cleanliness is key.
